Today airborne laser survey has become an industry standard for new line construction.
With hundreds of kilometers surveyed a day the results are accurate and dense.
Digital Terrain Model (DTM), Digital Surface Model (DSM) and high-resolution
digital orthophotoplan – all the data is readily prepared for the use in such
CAD applications as PLS-CADD, TLCADD, TL-Pro, AutoCAD and others.
Knowing exact geometry along the route with as many details as you desire makes
design process much more productive. Applying the advanced technology of airborne
laser survey OPTEN much more efficiently and fast collects the information along
the route for new power line design and construction.
The data can be presented in either proprietary format or as a PLS-CADD project. The list of features to be processed and coded using the survey data is up to the Customer’s specification.
High-resolution digital orthophotoplan along the route with objects identified and presented on the map allows the designer having all relevant information at once.
