Power utilities all over the world experience a great need for accurate real-time information on the state of their power grids to undertake effective maintenance, uprating or construction of power transmission lines.
With airborne laser survey we obtain accurate up-to-date geo-referenced digital elevation and spatial data and conduct its full processing delivering the results in the format of Client’s standard documentation and ready to use in various CAD systems. We also provide complete solutions for storage, management and interactive exchange of newly acquired three-dimensional survey data.
As a result of the survey our Customer acquires a precise Digital Terrain Model, positions of conductors, structures, attachment points, adjacent objects and vegetation; that is why OPTEN’s survey has become the “method of choice” for:

- sag and clearances analysis;
