| Mexico, September 2010 | Pemex Refinacion |
| Airborne LiDAR survey and thermoscopic inspection of about 1000 km of field pipelines on the territory of Mexico. The deliverables included 3D models of field pipelines, pipelines depth and anomalies, maps, orthophoto. | |
| Russia, August 2010 | Setevaya Company |
| Airborne LiDAR survey and rapid on-site clearances analysis of over 1500kms of power transmission lines in Tatarstan, as part of the forest-firefighting effort to identify dangerous clearance issues. Further analysis of the data included deliverables of feature coded LiDAR data, PLS-CADD models of the lines including substations, high-resolution orthophoto, danger tree analysis and vegetation infringement data. | |
| Russia, July 2010 | Moscow Integrated Power Company OJSC (MIPC OJSC) |
| Airborne LiDAR survey of 270 km of power transmission lines. Study of power transmission lines up-to-date capacity; study of solutions feasibility aimed at power transmission lines uprating for Central Power Companies’ needs (subsidiary of MIPC OJSC). | |
| Mozambique, July 2010 | Hidroelectrica de Cahora Bassa |
| Implementation of LiDAR data collection within the framework of the survey of 1800 km of power transmission lines. Study of power transmission lines capacity; study of solutions feasibility aimed at power transmission lines uprating. | |
| Ecuador, April-May 2010 | HEQ |
| Airborne LiDAR survey and terrain modeling of Guayllabamba valley and access routes for design and construction of hydro power plants cascade. Deliverables include digital terrain and surface models, highly detailed maps at 1:10000 to 1:2000 scale and high-resoluton orthophotos. | |
| France, March 2010 | Réseau de Transport d'Électricité |
| Survey of 340 km of high-voltage power transmission lines for Réseau de Transport d’Electricité de France. Deliverables included updated plan and profile drawings prepared in accordance with RTE standards, feature-coded LiDAR data, high-resolution digital orthophoto mosaics, and line rating information. Calculation of conductors’ temperature was done applying CIGRE methodology and using meteo data collected in the field. | |
| Ecuador, March 2010 | HEQ |
| Airborne LiDAR survey of 150 sq. km of terrain objects; terrain modeling of Guayllabamba valley and access routes for design and construction of hydro power plants cascade. As a result of the data processing OPTEN delivered to the Client 3D models of terrain, highly detailed maps at 1:10000 to 1:2000 scale and high-resoluton orthophotos. | |
| New Zealand January-February 2010 | Transpower |
| Implementation of airborne LiDAR data collection within the framework of survey of approximately 2300 km of power transmission lines. Deliverables consist of feature coded LiDAR data, PLS-CADD models of the lines including substations, high-resolution orthophoto, danger tree analysis, vegetation infringement data as well as information necessary for defining the position of marker balls. During the survey the Aircraft Integrated Meteorological Measurement System (AIMMS-20) was used to define up-to-the-second knowledge of meteo conditions at each span. |
